To help keep track of it all, I have included a checklist of items on this website that I will need during the loan application and will ensure a timely closing.  You can expect to have regular updates from me and have my availability when you have a question (seriously). The mortgage process also requires constant updating to all parties: real estate agents, escrow officers and title company.  I will keep all of them apprised of the loan status and ensure nothing is missed.
